Cyprexx offers a Prospect the opportunity to submit information to Cyprexx through this website so long as such information relates to the development of a potential business transaction with Cyprexx. The collection of information from you is for potential business development purposes and in no event should you provide any information for personal, family or household purposes. Information you provide should only include business information such as company name, contact name and title, address, phone and fax numbers, email address and other business information relating to commercial transactions with Cyprexx ("Business Information").

Use, Purpose & Revisions

By entering and submitting Business Information to Cyprexx, you hereby represent that you are either a Business Partner or Prospect and consent to (1) Cyprexx collecting and/or using such Business Information for vendor support, business development and/or other commercial purposes and (2) Cyprexx’s employees, staff, representatives, business partners, affiliates, clients, agents or any other entity that may have a legitimate business need to know using such Business Information in the course of their duties. Browser Information Collected

In order to improve the value of its site, Cyprexx may log and analyze IP addresses. IP addresses are the locations of computers or networks on the Internet. Cyprexx does not gather, request, record, require, collect or track Internet users' personal information through these processes.
